Our Refund Policy

At The Coffee Company, we’re proud to pack every bag with love from our porch to yours. Because our coffee is a perishable food product, we aren’t able to accept returns. However, your satisfaction means the world to us, and we want to make things right if there’s ever an issue.

Here’s how we handle refunds:

  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders
    If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. Send us a quick photo and your order number to [your email] so we can take care of it right away.

  • Missing Packages
    If your package is marked as delivered but didn’t show up, give us a heads-up. We'll work with the carrier and do our best to make it right.

  • Taste Concerns
    We know everyone’s taste is a little different. While we can’t offer refunds for personal preferences, we’re happy to recommend another blend you might love even more.

  • Cancellations
    Orders can be canceled up to 12 hours after purchase. After that, they’re already in motion and likely being roasted or packed.
